Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing, depending on the date and time your order is placed.

Address Verification Policy

To ensure a secure transaction, your billing and shipping addresses must match.
If we are unable to verify this information, Modern Baby Las Vegas may contact you via email for further verification.
Please note: This may cause shipping delays or, in some cases, order cancellation if verification cannot be completed.

At Modern Baby Las Vegas, we offer exclusive, curated, and often custom or specialty-made pieces that require time, attention, and quality assurance.
Placing an order with us means committing to style, individuality, and values rooted in tradition—including patience, respect, and integrity.

We are not a fast-fashion retailer, nor do we promise overnight fulfillment. If you need an item urgently (within a few days or next week), do not place an order unless you're prepared to pay for express shipping.

Standard shipping will follow the estimated delivery timeframes shown at checkout, and these are subject to mail carrier timelines, which are outside our control.

Please do not contact our staff in a disrespectful or impatient manner due to delays caused by choosing standard shipping or failing to plan ahead. Our policies are clear and available for your review prior to purchase.

If you are unable to wait, we strongly recommend selecting express shipping at checkout or choosing not to place an order.

Shipping Information

Economy Shipping

• Estimated Delivery: Up to 14 days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Delivery times may vary depending on carrier timelines or custom order production.

Custom Orders

To ensure timely delivery, we strongly recommend ordering in advance:

• At least 1–1.5 months for standard custom items.

• 1.5–2 months for suits, gowns, or items that may require sizing adjustments.

Note: Items such as custom-made-to-order (print-on-demand) graffiti or 3D-printed items may require extended production time.

Expedited Shipping

• International Expedited Shipping is available at checkout for $30.00 USD. Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.

• Express delivery via third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) may be available upon request and may deliver within 5–10 days, depending on availability and eligibility.

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of delays or delivery timeframes.
Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, it is no longer within our control. No exceptions.

Customer Communication Policy

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the designated carrier. While we’re happy to assist with any shipping-related questions, please note that we do not have control over carrier delays.

To ensure timely and effective support, we ask that all communication be respectful and professional. Please use only one method of contact (either email or chat) per inquiry, as we do not toggle between platforms for the same issue.

When reaching out, include the following details to help us assist you faster:

• Your full name

• Your order number

Messages such as “Yo, where’s my order?” or “Y’all didn’t send me no tracking number,” or any that lack courtesy and professionalism may not receive a response. We are a professional business and expect all communication to reflect that standard.

Order & Shipping Process

• Processing Time: 2–3 business days

• Shipping: Begins after processing and production (if applicable) is complete

• Custom Orders: Require production time before shipment, and require patience

• Tracking:

  • Provided once available

  • International orders may take longer to show updates- patience is key.

  • Tracking will update when the item reaches your local carrier (e.g., USPS)

  • We will notify you with updated tracking and ETA at that time via email

***Please do not contact us repeatedly for tracking updates; we will only have updates once your package is scanned by your local carrier. Feel free to track your package using the tracking page located at the top of our homepage using your email address or order number.

Order Changes & Returns

• No changes or cancellations once payment is completed.

• No returns or refunds on custom, handmade, print-on-demand, 3D-printed, or made-to-order items.
  These are clearly labeled in the product descriptions and product images.

Additional Shipping Notes

• Tracking Delays: USPS and international tracking may take time to update.

• Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery.

• Expedited Shipping: Contact us before placing your order if you need faster delivery.

• Custom Items: Allow time for the crafting and quality assurance process.

We genuinely value every customer, but if patience is not your strength, we kindly ask you to reconsider placing an order.
Our focus is on creating a seamless experience, not fielding repeated tracking requests.

Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud, including false claims, fraudulent chargebacks, and misuse of our store or services.
