Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing which depends on the date and time of the order.

The billing and shipping address must match to ensure a secure transaction. If your information cannot be verified, Modern Baby Las Vegas may contact you via email for further verification, which may delay shipping.


Shipping Information

Economy Shipping 

  • Estimated delivery: 14-21 days after processing and shipping (possibly sooner or longer depending on the circumstances).

  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as mail carrier delays or custom orders.

Custom Orders

To ensure timely delivery, we highly recommend ordering well in advance:

  • At least 1 month ahead for custom items.

  • 1.5–2 months ahead for suits and gowns, allowing ample time for any necessary fitting adjustments before your event.

Expedited Shipping

  • International expedited shipping: USD 30.00 (available at checkout).

  • Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Modern Baby Las Vegas does not cover express shipping costs (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).

Please Note: Once your order is shipped, it is under the control of the mail service provider. While we are happy to assist with any issues, we kindly ask for respectful communication as we do not tolerate any form of disrespect.


Order & Shipping Process

  1. Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

  2. Shipping: Once processed, your order will be prepared for shipment.

    • Custom orders require creation time before shipping.

  3. Tracking:

    • International orders require additional transit time.

    • A tracking number will be provided once available.

    • Tracking updates may only appear once the package reaches your local mail service provider (e.g., USPS or a third-party carrier).

    • Once the package arrives at your local carrier, we will email updated tracking details and an estimated delivery timeframe.

IMPORTANT:

  • Please do not repeatedly contact us for tracking updates. We will only have more information once the package reaches your local carrier.

  • Rest assured, your order is on its way! We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Order Changes & Returns

  • No changes can be made after payment is completed.

  • No cancellations can be made once your order is placed. No exceptions!

  • No returns or refunds on custom or handmade products.

  • Custom items are clearly labeled as "Custom" or "Handmade" in the product description. No exceptions!


Additional Notes

  • Tracking Updates: USPS tracking may take time to update. Please allow time for your order to progress through the system.

  • Signature Requirement: All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need faster shipping, contact us before placing your order to arrange expedited options (at your expense).

  • Custom & Handmade Items: These items take time to craft and deliver. We put great care into each order!
