How do I place an order?

Shopping online is much like shopping at any store! To add products to your cart, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button to add any products to your shopping cart. You can click on your trolley icon at any time to view items in your cart and then check out. Upon checkout you'll see an overview of the products in your cart. You can adjust quantities or remove items as desired. The shopping cart will immediately update. Checkout is completed in 3 simple steps: 1. Why is my order taking longer than usual?

The majority of our products are shipped from outside of the United States. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Once your order has processed successfully, your order will then be shipped. Shipment takes approximately 10-20 days or more (depending on the product). Otherwise, your order will be shipped for FREE (Economy ) which takes approximately 30-45 days to process, make, and ship your gown.
