Return Policy

Effective as of September 21, 2024

 

We have a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have exactly 30 days after the delivery of your item(s) to request a return (No Exceptions).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your returns.

To start a return, contact us via email at info@modernbabylv.com or via chat on our website to request a return. If your return is accepted, we will inform you of where to return your package. The customer is required to pay for all return shipping costs. Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC will not, for any reason, pay for return shipping costs. *Items sent back to Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC without first requesting a return will not be accepted and the return will be voided.

    Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC does not provide cash refunds. We will accept credit, debit, or store credit returns within 30 days after the item has been delivered to the customer with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned:

    • Swimwear, Lingerie, Undergarments (leggings, stockings, bodysuits, etc.)

    • Beauty (Makeup, Skincare, etc.)

    • Sale Items 

    • Custom/Handmade items (Maternity Gowns, Hand-made Crystal dresses, jackets, pants, etc.)

    Returns are sent to the original payment method on file (credit or debit card, no cash) or in the form of a Modern Baby Las Vegas gift card. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after your item(s) are returned to Modern Baby Las Vegas. To receive your refund more quickly, return the item(s) immediately to your nearest Mail Service Provider (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and provide us with the tracking number promptly.

    Damages and issues:

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days after delivery. If damaged items or issues are not reported within 2 days, Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC will not replace the item(s). No exceptions.

    Non-returnable items:

    Certain types of items are non-returnable to ensure the integrity and quality of our products. These include:

    • Custom Products: This category covers special orders, handmade items, and personalized products tailored to your specifications. Any product with '*Custom' or 'Handmade' in the products description section on the products page or any visibly custom or handmade products.
    • Personal Care Goods: Including beauty products, lingerie, undergarments, and similar items for hygiene and safety reasons.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     Fee: A 5% re-stocking fee will be charged for each return.

     Exchanges:

    Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC cannot accept exchanges for any reason. We recommend that you return the original item(s) and purchase the desired product separately.

     Refunds:

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method without delay. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

     Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

    We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

    Non-Modern Baby Las Vegas items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
