Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing, depending on the date and time your order is placed. Custom, Handcrafted, Made-To Order, Print-On-Demand, items may take longer for production prior to shipping.

If we are unable to verify this information, Modern Baby Las Vegas may contact you via email for further verification.
Please note: This may cause shipping delays or, in some cases, order cancellation if verification cannot be completed.

At Modern Baby Las Vegas, we offer exclusive, curated, and often custom or specialty-made pieces that require time, attention, and quality assurance.
Placing an order with us means committing to style, individuality, and values rooted in tradition—including patience, respect, and integrity.

We are not a fast-fashion retailer, and we do not promise overnight fulfillment. If you need an item urgently (within the same week or the following week), do not place an order unless you're prepared to pay for express shipping, if available, for your desired product.

Standard shipping will follow the up to 14-day or more timeframe, and is subject to mail carrier timelines, location, and weather conditions, which are outside our control.

Please do not contact our staff in a disrespectful or impatient manner due to delays caused by choosing economy (Free) shipping or failing to plan ahead. Our policies are clear and available for your review prior to purchase. You can always reach out with any questions you may have as our team is always happy to assist.

If you are unable to wait, we strongly recommend selecting express shipping at checkout (if available) or choosing not to place an order.

Economy Shipping

• Estimated Delivery: Up to 14 days or more after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Delivery times may also vary depending on carrier timelines or custom order production such as suits, maternity dresses, custom or made to order suits, dresses, baby cribs, clothing, etc.

Custom Orders & Production Times

Made-to-Order, Handcrafted & Custom Products

Many of the products available in our store are custom-made, handcrafted, personalized, made-to-order, print-on-demand, or individually produced specifically for each customer. Because these items are not mass-produced and may require individual design, preparation, sizing, fabrication, printing, or assembly, production times can vary depending on the complexity of the order.

Please Order in Advance

To help ensure that your order is completed and delivered in time for your event or intended date of use, we strongly recommend placing custom orders well in advance.

As a general guideline:

• Standard Custom Items: Please allow approximately 1–1.5 months for production.
• Suits, Gowns & Other Garments Requiring Sizing: Please allow approximately 1.5–2 months, particularly when custom measurements, alterations, fittings, or sizing adjustments are required.
• Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Items: We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event datewhenever possible.
• Highly Customized or Specialty Items: Additional production time may be required depending on the design, materials, complexity, and availability of components.

Items That May Require Extended Production Time

Certain products require additional time due to the nature of their production process. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Custom-made-to-order and print-on-demand graffiti artwork
• 3D-printed products
• Handmade and artisan-crafted items
• Custom baby cribs and nursery furniture
• Custom garments, suits, gowns, and other items requiring sizing or alterations
• Products requiring specialized materials, custom fabrication, or additional design work

For these products, the estimated production time provided at the time of purchase is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date. Production times may be extended when additional customization, revisions, sizing adjustments, material sourcing, or other circumstances arise during the creation process.

Event Dates & Time-Sensitive Orders

If you are purchasing an item for a wedding, birthday, baby shower, holiday, photoshoot, special event, or other specific occasion, please plan accordingly and order as early as possible. When placing an order is the customers responsibility to provide their professional measurements immediately after placing an order or within 24-48 hours otherwise your item will be made in the size selected at checkout which will be the standard sizing.

We cannot guarantee that a custom or made-to-order item will be completed, shipped, or delivered by a specific event date unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly confirmed by our store in writing. Placing an order close to your event date may not allow sufficient time for production, quality review, shipping, delivery, or any necessary adjustments.

Please Note

We do not automatically know the reason or occasion for which you are placing an order. If your order is needed for a special event or specific date, please let us know when placing your order.

Be sure to include your event date or the latest date by which you need to receive your item in the order notes. This information is important and helps us better understand your timeline when processing your order.

Please note that providing an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date unless we have specifically confirmed the delivery timeline with you.

Customers are responsible for allowing adequate time for both production and shipping when placing time-sensitive orders.

Important Notice

Because our custom products are individually created, production times can differ from one order to another. An item that appears similar to another product may still require a different amount of time to produce depending on its customization, materials, size, design, and construction.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while our designers, artisans, and makers create your order specifically for you. Ordering early is the best way to allow sufficient time for production, shipping, and any unexpected delays.

Expedited Shipping

• Express delivery via third-party carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL) may be available upon request. Estimated delivery timeframes are typically 3–5 or 5–7 business days, depending on availability, eligibility, and the shipping option selected by the customer.

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of delays or delivery timeframes.
Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, it is no longer within our control. No Exceptions!

Customer Communication Policy

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the designated carrier. While we’re happy to assist with any shipping-related questions, please note that we do not have control over carrier delays.

To ensure timely and effective support, we ask that all communication be respectful and professional. Please use only one method of contact (either email or chat) per inquiry, as we do not toggle between platforms for the same issue.

When reaching out, include the following details to help us assist you faster:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• Email address associated with the order

Messages such as “Yo, where’s my order?” or “Y’all didn’t send me no tracking number,” or any that lack courtesy and professionalism may not receive a response. We are a professional business and expect all communication to reflect that standard.

Please note that our designers are located outside of the US, so it may take approximately 2-3 business days or more to receive a response to special requests, claim investigations, or general questions. Immediate replies from the designer cannot always be guaranteed.

Order & Shipping Process

• Processing Time: 2–3 business days

• Shipping: Begins after processing and production (if applicable) is complete

• Custom Orders: Require production time before shipment, and require patience!

• Tracking: Provided once available

• International orders may take longer to show updates- patience is key.
• Tracking will update when the item reaches your local mail carrier
• We will notify you with updated tracking and ETA at that time via email
• ***Please do not contact us repeatedly for tracking updates; we will only have updates once your package is scanned by your local carrier. Feel free to track your package using the tracking page located at the top of our homepage using your email address or order number.

Order Changes & Returns

• No changes or cancellations once payment is completed.

• No returns or refunds on custom, handmade, print-on-demand, 3D-printed, handmade, or made-to-order items.
  These are clearly evident or labeled in the product descriptions and product images.

Additional Shipping Notes

• Tracking Delays: USPS and international tracking may take time to update.

• Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery; however, this does not always apply.

• Expedited Shipping: Contact us before placing your order if you need faster delivery.

• Custom Items: Allow time for the crafting and quality assurance processes
  

*If our designers are unable to ship an item directly to your location, the customer will be responsible for the associated shipping fee. In most cases, we are able to first have the item shipped to our local facility and then forward it to the customer.

We genuinely value every customer, but if patience is not your strength, we kindly ask you to reconsider placing an order.

Our focus is on creating a seamless experience, not fielding repeated tracking requests.

⚠️ Fraud Disclaimer

Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud, including false claims, fraudulent chargebacks, and misuse of our store or services.

We actively monitor transactions and investigate suspicious activity. Any customer found to be engaging in fraud will be:

• Permanently banned from our store

• Reported to financial institutions

• Subject to civil and/or criminal legal action

Fraud Detection & Monitoring Includes:

• Full name, address, phone number

• Payment method & transaction history

By placing an order, you agree to abide by our policies and consent to our fraud prevention procedures.

Violations of our Fraudulent Chargeback & Dispute Policy will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Intentional Damage to Products
Intentionally damaging or destroying products in an attempt to obtain a refund is strictly prohibited. All items are carefully inspected for quality before shipping to ensure they meet our standards, and we document their condition with photographs before shipment. Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or deliberately damage a product to request a refund will be considered a violation of our store policies and may result in permanent restriction from making future purchases.

Please be advised that submitting a chargeback—especially a fraudulent one or one filed without first contacting us to seek a resolution—constitutes a violation of our store policies. In such cases, you will no longer be permitted to place orders with our store and will be permanently restricted from making future purchases.
