At Modern Baby Las Vegas, the safety of your child is important to us. However, by purchasing and using our baby high chairs, you acknowledge and agree that their use is at your own risk.
Modern Baby Las Vegas shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or other incidents resulting from the use, misuse, improper assembly, modification, neglect, or failure to follow all safety instructions and manufacturer guidelines associated with the high chair.
Parents, guardians, and caregivers are solely responsible for:
Supervise children at all times while using the high chair.
Properly assembling and inspecting the high chair before each use.
Ensuring all safety straps, harnesses, and locking mechanisms are securely fastened.
Using the high chair only for its intended purpose and within the recommended age and weight limits.
Keeping the high chair on a stable, level surface and away from hazards.
Never leave a child unattended in a high chair. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in serious injury or death.
By purchasing, assembling, or using this product, you acknowledge that Modern Baby Las Vegas is not responsible for any injury, accident, death, property damage, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the product. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of the high chair.

Order Processing
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing, depending on the date and time your order is placed.
Address Verification Policy
To ensure a secure transaction, your billing and shipping addresses must match.
If we are unable to verify this information, Modern Baby Las Vegas may contact you via email for further verification.
Please note: This may cause shipping delays or, in some cases, order cancellation if verification cannot be completed.

At Modern Baby Las Vegas, we offer exclusive, curated, and often custom or specialty-made pieces that require time, attention, and quality assurance.
Placing an order with us means committing to style, individuality, and values rooted in tradition—including patience, respect, and integrity.
We are not a fast-fashion retailer, and we do not promise overnight fulfillment. If you need an item urgently (within the same week or the following week), do not place an order unless you're prepared to pay for express shipping, if available, for your desired product.
Standard shipping will follow the up to 14-day or more timeframe, and is subject to mail carrier timelines, which are outside our control.
Please do not contact our staff in a disrespectful or impatient manner due to delays caused by choosing economy (Free) shipping or failing to plan ahead. Our policies are clear and available for your review prior to purchase.
If you are unable to wait, we strongly recommend selecting express shipping at checkout or choosing not to place an order.

Estimated Delivery: Up to 14 days or more after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times may also vary depending on carrier timelines or custom order production such as suits, maternity dresses, custom or made to order suits and dresses, baby cribs, etc.
Custom Orders
To ensure timely delivery, we strongly recommend ordering in advance:

At least 1–1.5 months for standard custom items.

1.5–2 months for suits, gowns, baby cribs, or items that may require sizing adjustments.
Note: Items such as custom-made-to-order (print-on-demand) graffiti or 3D-printed and Handmade items, and baby cribs, may require extended production time.
Expedited Shipping

Express delivery via third-party carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL) may be available upon request. Estimated delivery timeframes are typically 3–5 or 5–7 business days, depending on availability, eligibility, and the shipping option selected by the customer.

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, it is no longer within our control. No Exceptions!

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the designated carrier. While we’re happy to assist with any shipping-related questions, please note that we do not have control over carrier delays.
To ensure timely and effective support, we ask that all communication be respectful and professional. Please use only one method of contact (either email or chat) per inquiry, as we do not toggle between platforms for the same issue.

Please note that our designers are located outside of the US, so it may take approximately 2-3 business days or more to receive a response to special requests, claim investigations, or general questions. Immediate replies from the designer cannot always be guaranteed.

No changes or cancellations once payment is completed.

No returns or refunds on custom, handmade, print-on-demand, 3D-printed, handmade, or made-to-order items.
These are clearly evident or labeled in the product descriptions and product images.

Tracking Delays: USPS and international tracking may take time to update.

Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery; however, this does not always apply.

Custom Items: Allow time for the crafting and quality assurance processes
*If our designers are unable to ship an item directly to your location, the customer will be responsible for the associated shipping fee. In most cases, we are able to first have the item shipped to our local facility and then forward it to the customer.
We genuinely value every customer, but if patience is not your strength, we kindly ask you to reconsider placing an order.
Our focus is on creating a seamless experience, not fielding repeated tracking requests.

Intentional Damage to Products
Intentionally damaging or destroying products in an attempt to obtain a refund is strictly prohibited. All items are carefully inspected for quality before shipping to ensure they meet our standards, and we document their condition with photographs before shipment. Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or deliberately damage a product to request a refund will be considered a violation of our store policies and may result in permanent restriction from making future purchases.
Please be advised that submitting a chargeback—especially a fraudulent one or one filed without first contacting us to seek a resolution—constitutes a violation of our store policies. In such cases, you will no longer be permitted to place orders with our store and will be permanently restricted from making future purchases.
