At Modern Baby Las Vegas, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please carefully review our policy below before requesting a return.
Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window on eligible general merchandise, starting from the date of delivery.
Please note: Returns do not apply to all custom, handmade, or made-to-order items, as each individual designer has their own policies and guidelines. Please contact us prior to placing an order to confirm if an item is eligible prior to placing an order. Most of these pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, based on each designer’s specific policies — no exceptions.
**For example, the Crystal Folded Denim Skirt is a made-to-order item and is not eligible for return or exchange (including refunds) per the designer’s guidelines. If you do not agree with our policy, do not place an order.
Intentional Damage to Products
Intentionally damaging or destroying products in an attempt to obtain a refund is strictly prohibited. All items are carefully inspected for quality before shipping to ensure they meet our standards, and we document their condition with photographs before shipment. All claimed damaged items are replaced with the exact same product in its original size. If the item is not eligible for a return or refund, it will be replaced only. No exceptions. Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or deliberately damage a product to request a refund will be considered a violation of our store policies and may result in permanent restriction from making future purchases.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return eligibility is determined by each designer, and not all designers accept returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking information.

All returns must include an order packing slip indicating the returned items. Incomplete returns may experience delays.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for regular products (non-custom or made-to-order items), contact us via:

Email: Please email us at support@modernbabylv.com to request approval. Be sure to include clear photos of both the front and back of the item as part of your return request procedure.
**Please do not email photos of the Crystal Folded Denim Skirt (unless requested) as the designer does not accept returns or exchanges. No exceptions. -
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping fees.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

After receiving your shipping label/QR Code or return address via email (if applicable), you have 3 days to return the item(s). If the return is not shipped within this timeframe, it will be canceled, and you will not be eligible to request a return for the order again. NO EXCEPTIONS! You must notify our support team immediately once your return has been dropped off with the USPS and provide the return tracking number so that we can track your return. We are not responsible for a return for which we don't have a tracking number.
Refunds
Modern Baby Las Vegas does not issue cash refunds. Instead, we offer:

Refunds are to the original payment method on file (credit/debit card only) or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund reason is caused by a mistake on Modern Baby Las Vegas’s behalf.

Refunds are processed immediately after receiving the returned item(s). (Providing a return tracking number may speed up processing.)

Once your refund has been processed, it should take 1-2 business days (or longer, depending on your financial institution) for the funds to be deposited into your bank account. We ask for your patience during this process.

Modern Baby Las Vegas maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud of any kind, including but not limited to fraudulent filings, false claims, and misuse of our platform. We actively monitor and investigate all suspicious activity. Any individual found engaging in fraudulent behavior will be permanently banned from our store, reported to the appropriate financial institutions, and may face civil and/or criminal legal action.
Fraud Detection and Monitoring
To protect us against fraud, abuse, and misuse of our platform, we utilize industry-standard fraud detection systems that monitor and record transaction activity. This includes, but is not limited to, the collection and cross-referencing of the following data:

Any order or account associated with suspicious or fraudulent activity will be subject to investigation and immediate action.
Store Policy: Missing or Stolen Packages
At Modern Baby Las Vegas, we want to ensure a clear understanding of our responsibilities as a retailer and the role of the mail service provider in delivering your order.
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the mail carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. In the event of a missing or stolen package, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the mail service provider.
Filing a chargeback against Modern Baby Las Vegas for missing or stolen packages is a violation of our store policy. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items once they have been handed over to the mail carrier. Our obligation is to ship your order; delivery is fulfilled by the postal service.
We strongly recommend contacting the carrier promptly to report and investigate any delivery issues.

Final Sale/Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Swimwear, lingerie, undergarments, and all intimate apparel (leggings, stockings, pajamas, bodysuits, etc.).

Beauty products (makeup, skincare, colored contact lenses, etc.).

Sale items (discounted products on modernbabylasvegas.com and all social media platforms).

Custom/Handmade/Made-To-Order items, including but not limited to:

Maternity gowns, handmade crystal, diamond, and rhinestone dresses, jackets, and pants; grunge wear, custom and made-to-order dresses, women’s suits, men’s suits, boys suits, including the Raunchy Couture Collection.

Items with crystal, beaded, rhinestone, studded, patchwork, diamond, rivet, grommet, metal hole, irregular, tassel, or fringe details.

Custom-made, Made-To-Order, Digital Printed (Made-To-Order), or Handmade items as labeled (or visible) in product descriptions. NO EXCEPTIONS!

*Sizing Notice:
Please select your size carefully. The majority of our products follow Asian and European sizing standards, which typically run smaller than U.S. sizes. We strongly recommend ordering at least two sizes up for clothing to ensure a proper fit.
Footwear Sizing Advisory
For the most accurate fit, please select your footwear size based on the exact length of your foot using the size chart provided in the product description section. If a size chart is not available, it is the customer's responsibility to request one before placing an order. Modern Baby Las Vegas is not liable for sizing issues resulting from orders placed without reviewing or requesting the appropriate size chart. Choosing a size at random is done at your own risk. If it is a custom shoe, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. No exceptions!
Disclaimer for Custom & Handmade Items:

All custom, made-to-order, and handmade items are not returnable as they are created by their designer, who does not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. NO EXCEPTIONS!
However, if you find yourself unable to keep a custom item, we suggest the following options:

Reselling the item on platforms such as OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, or Poshmark.

Gifting the item to a relative or friend who may need or appreciate it.
-
Selling or trading the item within your network.
(Note: Shipping Fee is non-refundable)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days to report the issue. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Claims made after 2 days will not be eligible for a replacement.

If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

Personalized, custom, or handmade items such as custom baby cribs, clothing (suits, maternity gowns, dresses, custom or made-to-order suits of all ages, jewelry, etc.)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
-
Gift cards.
-
For questions about a specific item, don't hesitate to contact us before purchasing.
Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, place a new order and return the original following our policy. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank to process the refund, which typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Incorrect Shipping Information
Modern Baby Las Vegas shall not be held responsible or liable for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and current before order submission. Customers may log in or create a Modern Baby Las Vegas account to update their personal information as necessary. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining accurate personal and shipping information. Our staff is not authorized to update this information on your behalf. Do not ask.
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or insufficient address details entered by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for any reshipping fees incurred. If the customer elects not to have the order reshipped, a store credit will be issued to their Modern Baby Las Vegas account, less any applicable shipping or handling charges.
Modern Baby Las Vegas is under no obligation to re-ship returned packages unless and until all applicable reshipping fees have been paid in full by the customer.
Missing or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the mail carrier, Modern Baby Las Vegas is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is missing or you suspect it has been stolen, please contact the mail service provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress, GOFO Express, UniUni) directly to file a claim. No exceptions!
We understand how frustrating this can be, but since the package is no longer in our possession, we are unable to replace or refund orders that are confirmed as delivered. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office in case the package was misdelivered or held for pickup. We'll do our very best to resolve any issues with you directly.
Reserved Rights on Returns
Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC reserves the right to:

Limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers with excessive return patterns.

Deny returns for worn, altered, laundered, or damaged items.

Refuse service in cases of fraud, high-risk activity, or misconduct.

Discard any non-Modern Baby Las Vegas items sent to our facility.
