If you normally wear a U.S. Small, we do not recommend ordering a Small in this skirt (unless you wear a size 0 in US sizing.
We strongly recommend ordering 1–2 sizes larger than your normal U.S. size depending on your bodytype.

Buttonhole Information
The buttonhole is intentionally left unopened by the designer and is not considered a defect.
To open the buttonhole, carefully cut along the marked stitching using sharp fabric scissors. If you are under 18 years old, we recommend having an adult assist you.
This is a standard production feature and part of the garment's authentic craftsmanship.

To preserve the rhinestones, embroidery, and construction of the garment:

Product Scent Notice
You may notice a mild scent when opening your package. This is caused by the non-toxic dyes used during production and is completely normal.
The scent will dissipate naturally after the garment has been aired out.

If you expect factory-perfect uniformity, this item may not be suitable for you.

Processing Time

By placing an order with Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
1. Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and current shipping address at the time an order is placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Full recipient name
- Street address
- Apartment, suite, unit, building, or floor number, when applicable
- City
- State
- ZIP/postal code
- Any other information necessary for successful delivery
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.
Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, lost, or otherwise unable to be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or insufficient shipping address.
This includes situations where an apartment number, suite number, building number, unit number, or other required delivery information was omitted.
2. Customer Responsibility for Address Errors
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is subsequently lost, delayed, misdelivered, returned, or otherwise cannot be located, the customer is responsible for working directly with the applicable mail carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, file a claim.
Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC cannot be held responsible for delivery problems resulting from information that was incorrectly or incompletely provided by the customer.
Please do not assume that the carrier will be able to determine the correct apartment, building, suite, or unit number without this information being provided at the time of purchase.
3. Responsibility After Shipment
Once an order has been processed and handed over to the applicable mail carrier, the package is in the possession and control of the carrier.
Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC is responsible for properly preparing and shipping your order. Once the package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the mail carrier.
Accordingly, Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC is not responsible for packages that are subsequently:
- Lost in transit
- Delayed by the carrier
- Misrouted
- Misdelivered
- Stolen after delivery
- Marked as delivered but cannot be located
- Held, returned, or otherwise handled by the carrier
- Unable to be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Once your package has been shipped and transferred to the mail carrier, Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC is no longer in possession of the package.
4. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If tracking information indicates that a package is missing, lost, delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the applicable mail carrier directly.
The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier when appropriate because the carrier is the last party in possession of the package after it leaves Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC.
Depending on the shipping method, the applicable carrier may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress, GOFO Express, UniUni, or another delivery service.
Customers should provide the carrier with the applicable tracking number and any other information requested when filing a claim.
We strongly recommend that customers:
- Check the tracking information carefully.
- Verify that the shipping address provided at checkout was complete and correct.
- Check with household members, neighbors, building management, leasing offices, mailrooms, and other locations where a package may have been left.
- Contact the applicable mail carrier.
- File a carrier claim when necessary.
- Retain the claim number, tracking information, and any correspondence with the carrier.
5. Packages Marked as Delivered
If the applicable mail carrier's tracking system confirms that a package was delivered, Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC considers the carrier's delivery obligation to have been completed.
If you cannot locate a package that has been marked as delivered, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building's mailroom or management office, and the carrier.
If the package remains missing, you should contact the carrier immediately and file a claim or missing-package investigation.
Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered.
6. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned to the sender, warehouse, designer, fulfillment facility, or other shipping location because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping or reshipping charges may apply.
The customer is responsible for any applicable costs associated with reshipping the order.
Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC is not obligated to reship an order until any applicable reshipping fees have been paid.
If the customer elects not to have the package reshipped, any available store credit will be handled in accordance with our applicable Return & Refund Policy and may be reduced by applicable shipping, handling, or other fees.
7. Address Changes
Customers should carefully review their shipping information before completing checkout.

8. Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Many products available through Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC are Made-to-Order, handcrafted, customized, printed, fabricated, assembled, or otherwise require preparation before shipment.
Production or preparation time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
The shipping timeframe begins after the applicable item has completed its required production or preparation process and has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

9. Shipping Delays
Shipping and delivery estimates provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

The customer is ultimately responsible for filing and pursuing a claim with the mail carrier for a package that has been lost, missing, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise cannot be located after shipment.

12. Shipping Claim & False Missing-Package Disclaimer
IMPORTANT — FRAUDULENT OR FALSE SHIPPING CLAIMS
Modern Baby Las Vegas LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for knowingly false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading claims concerning the delivery status of an order.
Customers must provide truthful and accurate information when reporting an order as lost, missing, stolen, undelivered, or otherwise not received.
Intentionally providing false information or falsely claiming that an order is lost, missing, stolen, or undelivered when the customer has actually received the order is strictly prohibited. This includes making a false shipping or delivery claim because the customer does not want the item, the item does not fit, the customer ordered the wrong size, the customer changed their mind, or the customer otherwise wishes to obtain a refund outside of the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
