Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 5 business days (usually 2-3 business days) for the orders to process.

The billing and shipping address must match. If your information does not check, Modern Baby Las Vegas may contact you via email to verify your data before proceeding with your order which will delay the shipping process. 

Economy Shipping (Free Shipping) takes approximately 7-14 business days (or more depending on the product) after orders are processed and shipped. Due to uncontrollable situations with mail carriers or custom orders, it could take a bit longer. We ask for your patience as most of our products are shipped outside the United States. *We recommend that you order any custom items well in advance, at least 1.5 months in advance.

If you need the order immediately, Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost paid by the customer only. Modern Baby Las Vegas will not pay for the expedited shipping cost of any order for any reason. Orders cannot be changed after payment is complete. There are No Returns/Refunds on custom or handmade products. All custom items are labeled as '*custom' in the description box on the products page (No exceptions). 

*Note: It takes time for USPS to update the tracking information therefore we ask for your patience. All orders require a signature by the carrier upon delivery.
